　　其实应该是上帝之乡吧，全片都是告诉你：英国乡村农场生活脏乱差……生病只能靠儿子，儿子一个人工作快疯了，外来务工人员是全片最帅最干净最理智……最后拯救了可怜孤独的农场一家……艺术片应该有的慢动作和慢生活全部具备，另有纪录片一样的农场养羊描写，顺教你做羊奶酪，还有全英国全是gay……还好剧情是完整的，最后还he了，不然……当然啦，倍速看完会有更佳的观影体验：很自然的生活和sex。

　　因为父亲中风，Johnny Saxby独自承担农场的工作，唯一的娱乐就是打打pao和去酒吧喝得烂醉。春天到了，工作量增大，父亲Martin就发出了招聘广告，但应征的只有一人，Johnny不情不愿地去车站接了人回来，来自罗马尼亚的Alec Secareanu就这样住在了农场的蓬车里。

　　Alec简直是五好青年，脾气好，英语好，接生技术好，能吃苦，勤劳作。。跟农场主家乱发脾气、无处打pao的二世祖比起来，更热爱乡村生活，更有为青年……二人在牧场里放羊时，渐渐打破了隔阂，特别是咬了之后，Alec理解了Johnny的愤懑，而Johnny也发现了人家是真不错的对象。于是开始甜起来了，各种互动，各种船戏，删减片段里还有Alec逮兔子，两人加了餐，农场生活欢乐多，外国乡土原来是这种味道的【

　　Martin突然又中风了，这下是彻底不能动了，Johnny一边伤心一边又庆幸Alec留在这里可以帮忙。回到家里，Alec跟着Johnny去了酒吧，算是宣布正式在一起了？然而，Alec想的远比Johnny多，他留下，就要改革农场了，要考虑两个人的未来，不仅仅是来帮忙了。Johnny显然很怂，完全没有准备好接受这一切变化，当场就在厕所出轨了【也是遍地gay太好找吧，Alec还受到当地人的排挤了，愤然就离开了。

　　Johnny又开始一个人的生活工作了，不过这次没之前那么愤懑了，反而更内向，怀念着Alec，总算父母是发现了没反对的，最后Johnny找回了Alec……是啊，这样下去没前途的，外来务工人员比你强多了。。罗马尼亚究竟发生了什么，大好青年到英国不毛之地找临时工作啊。。

God's Own Country is a 2017 British drama film written and directed by Francis Lee in his feature directorial debut. The film stars Josh O'Connor and Alec Secareanu. The plot follows a young sheep farmer in Yorkshire whose life is transformed by the arrival of a Romanian migrant worker. The film was the only UK-based production to feature in the world drama category at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival where it won the world cinema directing award.

Storyline

Spring. Yorkshire. Isolated young sheep farmer Johnny Saxby numbs his daily frustrations with binge drinking and casual sex, until the arrival of a Romanian migrant worker Gheorghe, employed for the lambing season, ignites an intense relationship that sets Johnny on a new path.
