　　这个中文译名真是剧透啊……原文是艳阳之下，英文名是紫色午间，其实这电影是天才雷普利小说改编的……不过是法国版的，比1999年的版本要早三十多年，更接近原作小说的年代，但是由法国人来演美国人，特别是年轻的Alain Delon，天啊，他太耀眼了，根本不像迷失了自己的罪犯！脸太影响观剧了，只想看他动……而且实地拍摄的，法国和意大利太美了……剧情什么的，人性的阴暗什么的，就不要计较了……另外，下的版本是中文配音的，童老师的声音，永远的经典。

　　Tom Ripley接受Philippe Greenleaf父亲的委托，前往意大利把这个浪荡子劝回旧金山去，成功之后他会得到5000美元。不料在罗马胡闹了一番之后，Philippe根本不想回去，带着未婚妻Marge Duval与Tom一起开着帆船出海玩了。Tom发现Philippe根本是玩弄他，也知道了他假扮从小一起长大的友人身份，甚至有一次，非常过份地把Tom留在救生艇上拖在船后，差点丢了Tom。于是杀机就埋下了，Tom离间了Marge和Philippe，又趁其不备，把他杀死并推入了海中……

　　Tom假装Philippe无故离开，不想跟Marge复合了，另一方面又占有了Philippe的各种资料，并换了护照上的照片，模仿签名，在罗马过起了花花公子的生活。边躲着熟人边卖船、拿钱、租住大公寓……当然好景不长，遇上了Philippe的友人Freddy Miles识破了他的假扮身份，Tom惊慌之下，在公寓里杀了Freddy并抛尸郊外。但这一次，警察找上门来了，Tom又巧妙地回到了自己的身份，并假装Philippe在逃亡，甚至自杀了，还留了遗书和钱给Marge【这里伪造文书、拿支票取现之类的手段，有点点You can catch me的感觉……

　　Tom甚至还迷惑了Marge，以为他这个朋友才是靠谱的，刚开始跟Marge好上，Tom要卖的那条帆船就出卖了他……Philippe的尸体因为缆绳缠在螺旋浆上，一直被拖在船后，船要被卖了拉上了岸，尸体就出现了……这下Tom逃不了了……

Purple Noon (Italian: Delitto in pieno sole, French: Plein Soleil, aka Full Sun, Blazing Sun, Lust for Evil and Talented Mr. Ripley) is a 1960 film directed by René Clément, loosely based on the 1955 novel The Talented Mr. Ripley by Patricia Highsmith. The film stars Alain Delon in his first major film, along with Maurice Ronet (as Philippe Greenleaf) and Marie Laforêt (as Marge); Romy Schneider appears briefly in an uncredited role as Freddie Miles' companion, and Billy Kearns (an expatriate American actor well liked in France) plays Greenleaf's friend Freddy Miles. The film, principally in French, contains brief sequences in Italian.

The film's source novel was adapted again in 1999, under the original title, directed by Anthony Minghella, starring Matt Damon (as Ripley), Jude Law (as Greenleaf) and Gwyneth Paltrow (as Marge).

Storyline

Tom Ripley is sent to Europe by Mr. Greenleaf to fetch his spoiled, playboy son, Philippe, and bring him back home to the States. In return, Tom will receive $5,000. Philippe toys with Tom, pretending he will go back home, but has no intentions of leaving his bride to be, Marge, and honoring his father's wishes. After some time passes, Mr. Greenleaf considers the mission a failure and cuts Tom off. Tom, in desperation, kills Philippe, assumes his identity, and lives the life of a rich playboy.
